Preparation
Preheat the oven to 70°C. Dice the tomatoes, onion and garlic finely. Mix together with the Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil P.G.I. and the chopped oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Toast the sliced bread in the oven until golden brown. Spoon the tomato-onion mixture onto the toasted slices and serve while still warm.
